I visited during the best time to see the autumn leaves, and I could see the impressive southern wall of Mt. Daisen and the autumn leaves. The autumn leaves looked even more beautiful when illuminated by the setting sun 🍁

Mt. Daisen is also known as “Hoki Fuji” from the west. It is also called Houki Fuji and is shaped like Mt. Fuji. I can see the south wall from Kagikake Pass. It's a completely different mountain, like a folding screen. A steep cliff can be seen in front of you. You can see such a spectacular view The location is Kagikake Pass Observation Deck. From here, you can see the view of the south wall of Mt. Daisen. This is an observation deck where you can take a restroom break.

I visited during the autumn leaves season. There are a lot of cars and there are no guides, so you need to be careful. There is no parking space for motorcycles. I have no choice but to park where I can. A spot where you need to be careful about standing moss. The view of Mt. Daisen from here is beautiful, and many people use single-lens reflex cameras.
